            This spectacular dinner event takes place in the stately Bordeaux Room at The Tasting Room at Uptown Park.  Join the chef and sommeliers from The Tasting Room and other food and wine lovers for a truly amazing dinner experience.  Some of the word’s finest wines will be paired with a specially-designed tasting menu.  Space for this event is limited – be sure to purchase your tickets early.

« $100 per person, advance ticket purchase only

« 6:30 – 8:30 p.m., The Cellar in The Tasting Room at River Oaks, 2409 West Alabama

            Join our head sommelier at The Tasting Room at River Oaks, for an evening of fine champagne and caviar.  Our sommelier will lead this intimate group in a discussion of fine Champagne production, pairing Champagnes and sparkling wines with caviar from various parts of the world, and a tasting of some of the finest examples of these delicacies.  Other light appetizers will be provided.  This tasting will begin at 6:30 p.m. and last approximately two hours.  Seating is extremely limited – be sure to purchase your tickets early.
