Grilled Sicilian Pork Chops with Salsa Verde
1/2 of a 1/3oz. can of Harissa paste
1 T. Rosemary, finely chopped
1 t. course black pepper
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 3/4 pound Boneless Pork Loin
Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients for the marinade, until smooth.
2. Slice pork loin into 1/2 inch thick slices and toss in the marinade.
3. Put in a freezer bag and refrigerate for one hour.
4. Preheat grill.
5. Grill chops until desired doneness, recommended medium, or an internal temperature of 145.
6. Serve immediately.
