[ 1ST COURSE ] Choice of:

SEASONAL FRESH FRUIT PRESENTATION

 

CRAWFISH “MACQUE CHOUX”, ROSEMARY BISCUITS
Louisiana crawfish tails, Andouille sausage, fresh herbs and Creole “trinity” in a spicy cream sauce, served over house made rosemary biscuits

 

SMOKED SALMON & DEVILED EGGS
special recipe deviled eggs, smoked salmon, red onion and capers

 

[ 2ND COURSE ] Choice of:

CLASSIC CAESAR SALAD
crisp Romaine, classic Caesar dressing, brioche croutons and Grana Padano

 

SPRING SALAD
mixed greens, shaved red onion, baby carrot, cherry tomato, radish, parsley leaves and haricot verts, herb vinaigrette

 

ENGLISH PEA SOUP
Spring vegetable garnish

CRÈME BRULEE BATTERED FRENCH TOAST
thick sliced brioche dipped in creme brulee batter and caramelized on the griddle. Served with fresh strawberries and real maple syrup

 

EGGS BENEDICT
grilled pugliese, prosciutto, poached eggs & Champagne Hollandaise

 

GRILLED FILET OF PORK
8oz pork filet, Chablis poached vegetables, whole grain mustard demi

 

EGGS ANY STYLE
two farm-fresh eggs prepared any style, grits OR breakfast potatoes, three slices bacon, brioche toast & fresh strawberry jam

 

SHRIMP & GRITS
Gulf shrimp and creamy stone-ground grits in a tomato shrimp broth with crispy prosciutto
